Caitlin is the Director of Human Resources at Chardan, responsible for all human capital and recruiting needs at the firm.

Prior to joining Chardan in 2019, Caitlin worked in Banking Associate recruitment and internship program management for Barclays. Prior to her time at Barclays, Caitlin oversaw all U.S. divisional campus recruitment, internship program management, and full-time Analyst and Associate training programs for BNP Paribas. Caitlin began her career working in Technology campus recruitment and internship program management at Goldman Sachs.

Caitlin earned her Bachelor of Arts from the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Connecticut.
