Dragonfly merger with Chardan NexTech Acquisition 2 Corp.

Dragonfly Energy Corp. is an industry leader in energy storage and a producer of deep cycle lithium-ion storage batteries. The business combination with Chardan NexTech Acquisition 2 Corp. was announced in May 2022 and closed in October 2022.

Chardan NexTech Acquisition 2 Corp. IPO’d in August 2021 and focused its search on prospective target businesses operating in disruptive technologies. Read the press release.

Presto merger with Ventoux CCM Acquisition Corp.

Presto is one of the largest labor automation technology providers in the hospitality industry. The business combination with Ventoux CCM Acquistion Corp. was announced in November 2021 and closed in September 2022.

Ventoux CCM Acquisition Corp. IPO’d in December 2021 and focused its search for prospective targets on businesses in North America within the hospitality, leisure, travel and dining sectors, with an emphasis on consumer branded businesses that have attractive growth characteristics. Nauticus Robotics merger with Cleantech Acquisition Corp.

Nauticus Robotics, Inc., is a developer of ocean robots, autonomy software, and services to the marine industries. The business combination with CleanTech Acquisition Corp. was announced in December 2021 and closed in September 2022.

CleanTech Acquisition Corp. IPO’d in July 2021 and focused its search on a business that aims to contribute towards the mission of shifting the world away from carbon dependency and facilitating a greener future. Read the press release.
